My wife and I had done a para sailing trip last Thursday, the 13th.  We had wanted to let you know that we had a great time. 

We were especially impressed with the safety of your passengers.  We know that you had to replace some equipment and rather than pushing the schedule, you tested all operations.  We were also glad that you hadn't done anything too dangerous like getting too close to the beach, like your competitor.  So with that in mind and this being our first time of ever para sailing, getting to see the view was great.  It was also much more peaceful than expected. 

Again, we would like to thank you for allowing us that experience during our vacation.
